Customer Service Co-ordinator

Sterling Recruitment Services are currently working with our client in Keighley who are looking to recruit an experienced customer service co-ordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Our client is a large manufacturer providing their products to a range of client with in their field. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to further grow their team.

Duties Include:

  • Process orders in various formats
  • Handle all customer correspondence
  • Check stocking levels for customer orders
  • Produce sales reports
  • Liaise with different departments
  • Check regularly with customer order progress
  • Review customer forecasts and send reports to the planners

  • Strong communication skills
  • Be heavily customer focused
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Strong IT skills

Working hours of the role are Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm from site.

The salary of the role is between £24,000 – £26,000 per annum.
