Accounts Administrator

Sterling Recruitment Services are currently looking to recruit an experienced Admin and Accounts Assistant for our client based in Hartlepool.

Working hours are 8am – 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am – 4pm on Fridays.

Working within a busy accounts office your duties will include:
General reception duties, taking incoming calls, transferring, message taking
Filing, scanning, photocopying
Greeting visitors and dealing with incoming and outgoing post
Assisting accounts team with payroll, invoices and credit control
General admin duties as and when required

Please note applicants must have previous accounting/payroll experience and familiar with Sage. 

This is a permanent opportunity, with an immediate start.
